Tim was excellent! He diagnosed the problem right away and fix and was done in a very short time

He could find nothing really wrong with my washer, but did adjust the feet to get is squarely on the floor. Works better now, doing heavy rugs. Nice guy.

He provided expert level analysis of a Thermador oven heating issue and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue over the phone, and incredibly did not even charge for his service. Tim was excellent! He diagnosed the problem right away and saved me a repair charge by knowing quickly that my washing machine was not repairable.

Unfortunately the issue was terminal, but the tech still stayed an hour and a half doing a comprehensive diagnosis and explanation of what was wrong. It was then my choice to have him get replacement parts and fix or just replace the unit.

Tim, the service man was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and polite,he even wiped up gunk that was on the floor under my dryer. He even explained to me how it all works. I will recommend him to anybody who is looking for an appliance repair man. I am very, very satisfied!

Tim was great. i originally missed his call and called him back leaving a voice mail he promptly called me back even though it was later in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and had a good idea of what the issue was before even coming to see it. he was able to come out the next day and fix the dryer quickly. He was very reasonably priced and very professional. i will definitely keep him in mind for an future issues on repairs and highly recommend him.

Tim was prompt in replying to my request to fix a dryer that wasn't heating. He then provided guidance so that I could troubleshoot the problem myself. He saved me a lot of money as the part was inexpensive and the repair was simple enough for me to perform myself. I would definitely recommend Tim to others.
